Let us introduce you to “The Love Frankie House” our brand new Concept Store in the heart of Totnes, Devon! A beautiful two-storey period property, bursting with character. This isn’t just a shop, it’s a full-on creative sanctuary, an interactive design haven, and a community hub with a whole lotta heart.

After two magical years tucked away in our studio—dreaming, designing, and crafting our signature collection of in-house delights—we’re beyond thrilled to announce that Love Frankie is BACK on the high street… and this time, we’re bigger and better than ever!
We’re been busy rolling up our sleeves and giving the old gal the full Love Frankie treatment. Think: lovingly curated lounge vibes, decadent dining room inspo, and even a dreamy event space upstairs – all bursting with our bold and beautiful lighting, wallpapers, fabrics, cushions, artwork, and home accessories.

If you’ve been hunting for the perfect space to show off your handmade magic, look no further than the Love Frankie Makers Markets, held upstairs in our vibrant event space at The Love Frankie House, 1 New Walk, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5HA.
We’re gathering together a glorious mix of designers, artists, jewellery makers, knitters, crocheters (and anyone else who can’t help but make beautiful things!) to fill the room with creativity, colour, and that unmistakable Totnes charm.

To celebrate one whole year of Love Frankie on New Walk, we’re throwing another late-night party at The Love Frankie House - and you’re invited.
In collaboration with Sunset Social Club, expect a night of deep house, disco and groove-filled dancefloor energy, with resident DJ's Sunset Social Club & DJ Fourjak behind the decks.
This time the theme is GROWLER - The Wildest of Leopards.
Fancy dress is highly encouraged (but not mandatory). Good vibes absolutely are.

Interior Designer and Creative Director of Love Frankie Johanna Franks opened the doors to her bricks and mortar store in Totnes, Devon in 2017.
Inside you found an extensive collection of Lampshades available to view and purchase, plus all lampshade fabric and wallpaper samples to take home with you. Giving you the opportunity to try colours and textures in the comfort of your own home before taking the plunge with your lampshade purchase.
Joining Jo in the shop is our incredible store manager Tanya. Their combined knowledge of stock, interior styles and trends is beyond extensive. What they don’t know is simply not worth knowing!
Tanya and Jo are on hand to share their knowledge on not only our statement collection of handmade lampshades but also our entire collection of homewares and accessories offering you a complete styling service.
With new lampshade stock arriving in store weekly, this paired with a resounding collection of creative interior accessories and homeware inspiration pop in to Love Frankie to Totnes for a peruse…who knows what you might end up leaving with.
