On 31st January 2020, the UK left the EU and new rules governing the relationship between the UK and the EU took effect on 1st January 2021. Sadly, we cannot change the outcome of Brexit all we can do is make sure we comply with the new selling regulations and make sure we are keeping our lovely EU Customers as up to date as we can.
As of January 2021, all our prices for orders shipping to the EU will now not include the 20% UK VAT.
However, you will be charged VAT as your order enters it’s destination country.
The EU sets a broad VAT rule at 15%, but the 27 Member States are free to set their own standard VAT rates so please make sure you have checked the VAT pricing for your country before ordering.
If you are charged VAT, you may be eligible to claim this back. To receive a refund, you must contact your EU country’s financial authority and follow their procedures.
