On 31st January 2020, the UK left the EU and new rules governing the relationship between the UK and the EU took effect on 1st January 2021. Sadly, we cannot change the outcome of Brexit all we can do is make sure we comply with the new selling regulations and make sure we are keeping our lovely EU Customers as up to date as we can.

As of the 15th of September 2021 Love Frankie are now registered for IOSS. IMPORT ONE STOP SHOP. For full details please see HERE

The IOSS allows Love Frankie to sell goods to buyers in the EU. We will collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities on all EU orders.  Instead of making you, the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU as it was previously the case.

The VAT for each EU country will be charged at as per accordance with the Global VAT compliance for each EU member state. For full details on each countries VAT rate and shipping charges please see the table below.

PLEASE NOTE: IOSS has been introduced for low level shipments across Europe and is only available for orders valued at 150 Euros (£128 GBP) or less.
IF YOUR ORDER CAN BE SPLIT INTO TWO CONSIGNMENTS ALLOWING THE VALUE OF EACH BOX TO BE LESS THAN 150 EUROS EACH, IOSS CAN BE USED.
HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE AGAIN. 

If your order is over 150 euros and we are unable to split the order into 2 or more consignments, Love Frankie will automatically refund the VAT you have paid on your order.  We will deliver without IOSS and you, the buyer will be liable for the VAT, Customs duties and any import charges due upon delivery.

Upon sending your item, Love Frankie must complete a customs declaration and / or commercial invoice. This form will detail what is inside the parcel along with the value of the items.

IOSS: The VAT is prepaid and collected at the point of sale. This means that shipments sent under IOSS are not stopped at customs and are released immediately for delivery. IOSS is the best method for fast delivery and a hassle free post-purchase experience for you, our customer.

PLEASE NOTE:
– IOSS shipping only applies to goods valued at 150 Euros or less.
– IOSS can only be used for consumers and not business customers.

If possible, please aim to keep your order under 150 Euros (current exchange rate £128.00) If you order exceeds 150 Euros we are unable to ship via IOSS and you will be charged Customs duty and / or Import Duties and Admin Fees.

Please note:
– We are not able to mark your order as a “Gift” to help save on any import or custom charges.
– We are also not able to reduce the value of your item for the purposes of this form.
– We can send multiple shipments to Europe to keep the value of each consignment under 150 Euros. However you will be charged extra shipping for us to cover the extra consignments we need to register.

We will require your full contact details so please do not be alarmed if we request your mobile number and email address for our couriers.
We may also request your PID number (Norway) DNI Number (Spain) Fiscal Number (Italy).

From the date of dispatch, shipping to the EU varies from 2 to 7 working days.

However, please be aware of extra delays when we ship to the EU.
